Last updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms govern your use of chloeventures.io and the services of Chloe Ventures LLC ("Chloe Ventures", "we", "us"). By using our site or engaging us, you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide website, web app, and native app design and development; Amazon e-commerce services; Amazon KDP book publishing services; and related consulting. The scope, fees, and timeline for each project are set out in a written proposal, invoice, or agreement. If it conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement controls.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in your proposal or invoice and are due by the stated date. Late amounts may incur reasonable fees, and we may pause work on overdue accounts. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun unless the project agreement says otherwise.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, excluding third-party and open-source components, which remain under their own licenses. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of the deliverables. You grant us a license to use your materials as needed to perform the services.

5. Third-party platforms

Our work may depend on third-party platforms (for example Meta, Amazon, hosting, and domain providers). Those platforms set their own rules and may change or restrict access at any time. We are not responsible for their actions or availability.

6. Internal tools

Our internal apps (including SD Page Analytics) are private and are not offered to the public. Use of Meta platform data through those apps is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only for the project.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services and our site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific results, traffic, rankings, or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may end a project as set out in the project agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
